Depends on factors like the "down time" they have and the amount of interruptions...Introverted women often feel even more pressure to be engaging and talkative because that is what seems to be expected of them! Hope to see you and othters on June 19th at the GLOW bfast:)Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07339156611724545060noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6925836702538866506.post-37915370962962596922009-05-26T12:33:23.906-07:002009-05-26T12:33:23.906-07:00These are great suggestions. There's no reason why people who are quiet and reserved still cannot be great successes -- I think they just need to choose fields in which they can excel. (I don't think sales is probably their best bet! Then again, I always say someone who's good at sales can sell anything, from washers to widgets to words.) It's a combination of a day when we're hearing of another woman nominated to be on the Supreme Court, and the book I'm reading on successful women, and how they got there, but I'm applauding success everywhere today, I think. (The book focuses on entries by more than 20 women on how -- introverted or not -- they got where they are, and how we can, too. It's good for helping the rest of us find our way to the top of the heap too.)Lizhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12553309379795237911noreply@blogger.com
